The Dream Team

The Dream Team

In 2015, I felt something inside me shift.
My self-employed work in Germany had been meaningful and important — but after so many years, the routine became predictable.
I had been self-employed since 1987, and after decades of doing the same thing repeatedly, something inside me longed for change.

Motorcycling and adventure travel had always been my true passion.
Since 1998, I had explored Europe, South America, and New Zealand on two wheels — often on racetracks, especially with my Yamaha R1 models. Speed, precision, adrenaline… that was my world.

But at the beginning of 2016, everything changed.
I made a decision that felt both terrifying and liberating: I left Germany behind and moved to New Zealand.

A new era began — a new challenge, a new adventure.
I packed everything I owned, loaded my Yamaha R1 (RN32) into a shipping container, and set off for the other side of the world.

New Zealand welcomed me with endless possibilities. At first, I spent much of my time on racetracks like Taupo, Manfeild, and Hampton Downs. But soon I felt the urge to explore the country beyond the circuits — through remote roads, hidden valleys, rugged coastlines, and dramatic mountain scenery.

Of course, an R1 isn’t exactly the ideal motorcycle for long adventure tours across both islands.
So I switched to an Indian Bobber Scout — and suddenly, everything became even more exciting.

Over the next six years, I explored every corner of New Zealand.
I met incredible people, experienced their culture, and lived a life that was filled with freedom, discovery, and pure passion.

But even in the Land of the Long White Cloud, I eventually felt that familiar feeling again — the call of the unknown.

So I moved on.
This time to Central America. My first stop was Panama, but after eight months the adventure pulled me further south — to Colombia.

And Colombia changed everything.
The breathtaking mountain ranges, untouched nature, countless curves, and roads that felt like they were built just for motorcyclists… they completely captivated me. Colombia turned my passion from a personal journey into a shared experience — and from that moment on, the idea for MotoGS WorldTours was born

Today

Today we share this passion with riders from around the world.
We offer small-group, premium motorcycle tours through the Balkan countries and New Zealand — routes we have personally explored, refined, and fallen in love with.

Our mission is simple:

  • Real adventure, not mass tourism
  • Authentic encounters, real connection
  • Safety, professionalism, and the freedom to enjoy the ride
  • A maximum of 7 motorcycles per tour — personal, flexible, unforgettable

The desire to explore the world was always there.
You just have to take the first step.

Let’s ride this adventure together.
The world out there has so much to offer.

PS

Why Croatia?

Since most of our tours begin near Split (Croatia), many riders asked if they could also rent motorcycles for their own journeys.
So in 2023, we opened MotoGS Rental - Motorcycle Rental Croatia.

Our motorcycles are available not only for our guided tours, but also for private adventures — whether short escapes through Dalmatia, longer journeys across the Balkans, or extended rides through Italy, France, the spectacular French Alps, and the legendary Route des Grandes Alpes from Lake Geneva all the way down to Menton.

To support this, we established a small but well-organized rental and service center in 21220 Seget Donji – Trogir, just a 10-minute drive from Split Airport.

Since June 2023, we have welcomed our customers to MotoGS Rental - Motorcycle Rental Croatia.

We offer nearly the full BMW GS lineup from 2023 onwards, including:
BMW F750GS, F800GS, F850GS, F900GSA, R1250GS, and the R1300GS.

We look forward to welcoming you soon —
not just as a customer, but as a friend and fellow rider.

Ride the adventure. Live the moment.
