Das Motorrad ist grundsätzlich vollumfänglich versichert.
Der Mieter haftet bis zu einer Obergrenze von EUR 2.000 für jeden Schaden.
Deshalb ist die Hinterlegung einer Kaution auf deiner Kreditkarte erforderlich.
Wie wird ein Schaden am Motorrad abgewickelt?
- Wir lassen einen Kostenvoranschlag von einer BMW-Fachwerkstatt erstellen.
- Der ausgewiesene Betrag wird von der auf der Kreditkarte reservierten Kaution abgezogen.
- Restliche Kaution wird sofort freigegeben.
Kann ich den Selbstbehalt reduzieren?
- Ja, mit der Zusatzversicherung der HanseMerkur.
- In diesem Fall trägst du nur die Kosten für die Zusatzversicherung - die Versicherung erstattet den Selbstbehalt von EUR 2.000 bei Schäden.
Wie läuft es bei Schäden an Dritten (z. B. andere Fahrzeuge oder Personen)?
- Ablauf wie oben beschrieben.
Die Motorradversicherung deckt alle Kosten, die den Selbstbehalt von EUR 2.000 übersteigen.
Welche Kosten entstehen mir letztlich?
- Ohne Zusatzversicherung: bis zu EUR 2.000 Selbstbehalt.
- Mit Zusatzversicherung: nur die Zusatzkosten, der Rest wird von der Versicherung übernommen.
