Wie viel Bargeld sollte ich auf eine Motorradtour mitnehmen?
Wie viel Bargeld du brauchst, hängt von den besuchten Ländern und deinen persönlichen Zahlungsgewohnheiten ab. Kreditkarten werden an vielen Orten akzeptiert, aber kleine Restaurants, abgelegene Tankstellen, Parkgebühren, lokale Steuern oder kleine Geschäfte können weiterhin Bargeld erfordern.
Für Balkan- und Europatouren ist EUR normalerweise die praktischste Bargeldwährung. Für Neuseeland ist NZD die relevante Landeswährung.
Als praktische Faustregel können etwa 200 bis 300 EUR für viele Balkan- oder Europatouren ausreichend sein, während für Neuseeland etwa 400 bis 600 NZD sinnvoll sein können. Die genaue Empfehlung hängt von der jeweiligen Tour ab und wird normalerweise vor der Abreise in der WhatsApp-Gruppe besprochen.
Geldautomaten sind in größeren Städten normalerweise verfügbar, aber du solltest dich nicht darauf verlassen, an jedem Stopp einen zu finden. Eine Kombination aus Kreditkarte und Bargeld ist die sicherste Option.
